Why homeowners pick us for their water
Four habits shape every job we take on. None of them depend on a sales pitch, and all of them show up in the finished install.
The report comes before the recommendation
We look at what is actually in your supply and what you are seeing at the tap, then suggest equipment. If a single drinking-water filter covers it, that is what we put forward instead of a whole-house package.
Your price is settled in writing
You get a written price before any work begins, and that is the amount you pay. Nothing gets tacked on once the tools come out of the truck.
Licensed plumbers do the plumbing
Cutting into a main line or a supply valve under the sink is plumbing work, so licensed plumbers handle it. The connection is treated as part of the job, not an afterthought to a sale.
Joints that stay dry, and a year on the labor
If a connection we installed ever leaks, we come back and put it right. Installation labor is also covered for one year under the written warranty terms you receive with the system.
From first call to better water in five steps
You decide at every step whether to keep going. Nothing is scheduled until you have seen the report and the price.
Tell us what you are noticing
Spots on glassware, a pool-like smell, crusty showerheads or a taste you cannot place. Describe what bothers you and how your home is plumbed.

Hear a recommendation sized to it
You get the system, or the pairing of systems, the report points to and the reason for each. If your water does not need treatment for something, we tell you.
Approve a written price
The full installed price is on paper before anything is booked. Take the time you need; the decision has no deadline.
Installation and a walkthrough
Our installers fit the system, test every joint and show you the bypass valve, the filter housings and what upkeep will look like.
Serving Irvine and the cities around it
We install and service systems all over Irvine, from Woodbridge and Northwood to Turtle Rock, University Park and the newer Great Park and Portola Springs neighborhoods, and across the central and south Orange County cities that border it. Irvine homes draw from the Irvine Ranch Water District, and the neighboring cities each have their own supplier, which is one more reason the report comes first.
Not on the list? Neighboring areas are often covered, so it is worth asking.
Check your address — (949) 762-7921Is hard water spotting your shower glass?
Scale on glass, faucets and showerheads is the most common reason people call us. A softener or a salt-free conditioner usually ends it, and the report shows which one suits your home. Either way, you see the cost in writing before anything is installed.
Water filtration questions we hear most
Plain answers to what people ask before they commit to a system.
What happens on installation day?
We shut off the water, cut in at the right point, fit the system with a bypass valve, flush it and check every joint for leaks. Most single-system installs fit in one visit, and we walk you through how it works before we leave.
What does the free water report tell me?
It breaks down what your supply carries, from hardness minerals to the chlorine or chloramine used in treatment, and explains what each one does to your plumbing, appliances and drinking water. It costs nothing, and there is no obligation to buy.
Salt or salt-free: which is better for my home?
If you want truly soft water, with that slick feel and no spotting, a salt-based softener is the system that does it. If your main goal is protecting a water heater and fixtures and you would rather skip salt bags and a drain line, a salt-free conditioner is the lighter option.
What warranty comes with an installation?
Installation labor is covered for one year, and the terms are given to you in writing with the system. If something we installed is not right within that time, we come back and correct it.
How do I know if I need a softener or just a filter?
A softener deals with hardness, the minerals behind scale and spotting. A filter deals with things like chlorine taste, odor or sediment. Plenty of Irvine homes notice both, and the report shows whether one system covers it or two should work together.
How often do filters need to be changed?
It depends on the system and how much water your household runs through it. Sediment and carbon cartridges are usually swapped anywhere from a few times a year to once a year, RO membranes last longer, and whole-house media lasts years. You get the schedule for your exact setup at install.
What is the difference between a filter, a softener and a conditioner?
A filter traps or adsorbs contaminants as water passes through it. A softener swaps hardness minerals out through ion exchange, which uses salt. A salt-free conditioner changes how those minerals behave so they cling less to surfaces, without removing them or adding sodium.
